Chris is an active member of the El Paso CCIM chapter and is a candidate for earning his CCIM designation.

Alan is active in the industry as a long-standing member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Central Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (CTCAR) and the Real Estate Council of Austin (RECA). Rust attended Binghamton University in Binghamton, New York, where he earned a BA in Mathematics/Computer Science while minoring in Business Administration.

Most recently, Martin has been the Market Leader of the firm’s Houston office, where the local brokerage operations have grown by roughly 900% in under 3 years of his leadership.

The office was recognized among Houston’s largest commercial real estate firms for its 2015 production, and in 2016, the office is on pace to triple its year over year production volume.

In that role, he handled a 2 million square foot portfolio of shopping centers, located across Texas and Louisiana.
